Our president Elissa Rand, or our Client Manager Nicole meets each new client personally to discuss our services, clients cleaning preferences and answer any questions. Elissa also responds to phone calls and maintains contact with each client. Unique to our service is the "Final Walk Through Checklist". After each cleaning, a walk through will be completed and services will be checked off verifying they have been completed. This provides a great opportunity for feedback to be shared between us and our clients.
